About Me

As a board-certified health coach, I provide meal planning and health coaching services to a variety of clients from all walks of life, particularly those who have a history of trouble losing weight, bingeing/restricting, and trying to provide nourishing meals for their families.
 

I have struggled with all of the above and paid a high price for it. My goal is to prevent you from having to 'figure it out' on your own as I did, which took about ten years, and to get you unstuck so that you can finally make peace with food because it IS possible–you just need to have the right tools! I also help my clients develop realistic home cooking plans that finally allow them to stop asking, or hearing the question, “so, what’s for dinner?” I offer recipes, in-home cooking demos, and more, and will work with you to customize a plan that works.

 

I reside in Sarasota, FL where moved in 2021 after ten years in Los Angeles, and where I live with my husband, daughter, and fur baby. I work with clients locally, as well as all over the country via phone and video - you do not need to be near me physically to work with me. I love music, travel, cooking + eating healthy food (of course), and spending time with family and friends, aka Vitamin L!​
